We manufacture natural diamond wire dies crafted from authentic natural diamonds. Natural diamonds, composed of carbon, are the hardest substance known on Earth. These diamonds form over a period of at least three billion years, originating at depths of at least 85 miles beneath the Earth's mantle, under conditions of extreme pressure and temperature. Once formed under these underground conditions, diamonds travel through molten rock to the Earth's surface, where they are mined, refined, and utilized for industrial purposes or to create exquisite jewelry.

Natural diamonds possess unmatched durability over time, rating a perfect 10 on the Mohs scale of hardness.

HAK Natural Wire Die products are designed for fine and ultra-fine size ferrous and non-ferrous wire drawing applications. Our ND wire dies excel in applications requiring superior wire surface quality, high  temperatures, and chemical resistance. With a thermal capacity of up to  1800°C, our ND wire dies utilize diamonds with minimal impurities, carefully selected by our expert staff.

Offering hole sizes ranging from  0.015mm to 1.2mm, we also accommodate special size requirements up to  2.5mm.
