Tungsten carbide is a composite material produced through a process  known as powder metallurgy. Tungsten carbide powder, typically  comprising between 70% to 97% of the total weight, is blended with a  binder metal, commonly cobalt or nickel. This mixture is then compacted  in a die and sintered in a furnace. The resulting tungsten carbide  material, available in various forms such as TC Blank, TC Nib, and TC  Bush, offers exceptional durability and versatility.
