Single crystal synthetic diamond (SCSD) products are fabricated through  chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or high pressure high temperature (HPHT)  synthesis. These manufacturing processes employ tightly controlled  growth conditions, followed by rigorous quality control procedures. The  resulting single crystal synthetic diamond possesses characteristics  identical to natural diamonds and can, in fact, be more efficient  depending on the specific application requirements.

Single crystal synthetic diamonds, also known as mono crystal diamonds (MCD), are utilized in SCSD diamond wire dies, offering a meticulously engineered alternative to natural diamond wire dies.
